Provider and agreement
Drone Data Command (DDC) is provided by Howard TechWorks. Contact support@howard-techworks.com for contract, billing, privacy, accessibility, or copyright questions. These terms apply to DDC software, our website and our hosted service. You agree by actively checking the agreement box and submitting it. An organization’s representative must have authority to accept for that organization. Optional marketing or tracking is not authorized by this agreement.
Adults and authorized business use
Accounts are for people aged 18 or older using DDC for professional or organizational purposes. Do not create accounts for children. You are responsible for your account security and for the permissions you give team members. Report suspected compromise promptly.
Service and deployment
DDC manages drone media, maps, models, inspections, flight information and collaboration. Features and storage depend on the selected plan. In a self-hosted installation, the operator controls its server, users, content, backups, access policies and connected services. Purchasing a software license does not make Howard TechWorks the operator of that server.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You authorize processing, storage, copying, conversion and delivery only as needed to provide the features you request, protect the service and meet legal duties. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploads and sharing, including for identifiable people, location data and recordings. A public share link may expose content to anyone who obtains it; use access controls appropriate to the content. Review the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans automatically renew at the disclosed monthly or annual interval until canceled. The signup review shows the plan, recurring base price and interval; Stripe shows applicable taxes and any selected discount before payment. A discount does not change the recurring base price unless expressly stated. You separately authorize renewal by checking the renewal box. The Free plan has no automatic paid conversion. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal online using the Billing and Cancellation page linked from the website and your purchase confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves access through the paid period. It does not itself erase your data. Contact support@howard-techworks.com if you cannot access billing. Except where required by law or expressly promised at checkout, fees for elapsed service are not refunded and partial-period refunds are not automatic. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Operational limits
DDC outputs, AI detections, measurements and flight plans require human verification. DDC does not grant flight authorization, certify survey accuracy or replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for aviation rules, airspace permissions, site authorization and safe operations. Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance or as the sole control for a safety-critical activity.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access to address security threats, unlawful activity, material violations or unpaid charges. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where practical and lawful. Material contract or pricing changes require advance notice as applicable; updated terms do not silently rewrite an earlier acceptance. Cancel if you do not want to renew under a proposed change. Export needed content before access ends.
Legal rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. No term waives rights that cannot legally be waived. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Any additional negotiated agreement must be confirmed in writing.
