Lawful content and operations

Use DDC only with authorization for the data, property and systems involved. Do not upload unlawful material, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, conduct unlawful surveillance, evade access controls, or harass people. Do not share account credentials or public links in ways that defeat agreed access restrictions.

Drone, AI and recording responsibilities

Follow applicable aviation, safety, export, sanctions and privacy laws. Obtain permissions required for capture, audio/video recording and disclosure; agreeing to DDC terms does not establish consent from people being recorded. Verify AI outputs and measurements before relying on them. Do not use DDC for unlawful biometric identification, stalking or discriminatory decisions.

Reporting and enforcement

Report security or abuse concerns to support@howard-techworks.com with enough detail to locate the issue. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive files. We may restrict access, investigate and respond to lawful requests. Repeat infringement can result in account termination in appropriate circumstances.
