Report infringement

Email support@howard-techworks.com with the subject Copyright Notice. Include a physical or electronic signature from the rights holder or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific DDC location of the challenged material; contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act. Consider fair use and other lawful uses before submitting.

Handling notices and repeat infringement

We review sufficiently detailed notices and may promptly disable access to identified material, notify the uploader and take further steps required by law. We maintain a policy to terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Preserve evidence and avoid unnecessary personal information in a notice; relevant portions may be shared with the uploader.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a signed counter-notice identifying the removed content and its former location; your name, address and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification; and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court under 17 U.S.C. 512(g), and acceptance of service from the complainant or its agent. Where the statutory process applies, we forward it and may restore access after 10–14 business days unless notified of a filed court action seeking to restrain the activity. Misrepresentations may carry legal consequences.

Designated agent status

The support address is an infringement reporting channel. Howard TechWorks must separately publish and register its designated agent’s complete contact information with the U.S. Copyright Office to rely on the applicable DMCA safe harbor. This page does not represent that registration has been completed. Contact support to request the current designated-agent details.
