Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Before you pay
The review step identifies your selected plan, recurring base price, monthly or yearly interval and applicable policy version. Stripe displays the final initial payment, applicable taxes and selected discounts before you pay. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Free accounts do not automatically become paid subscriptions. No marketing permission is bundled into purchase.
Your separate renewal authorization
The automatic-renewal checkbox is initially unchecked and separate from acceptance of the Terms. Submitting it authorizes repeated charges at the stated interval. We record the server time, plan and price disclosure and connect the acceptance reference to your Stripe Checkout session and subscription. You receive a confirmation you can retain.
Cancel online
Use https://dronedatacommand.com/billing.html to request a secure access link sent to the subscription email. The link lets you view your subscriptions and cancel future renewal online without calling support or accepting new terms. You can cancel before the next renewal charge. Cancellation is recorded immediately; service normally continues through the already-paid period. For access problems, email support@howard-techworks.com. Cancellation does not authorize deletion of your stored content.
Renewal notices and price changes
We send applicable renewal reminders, including annual reminders for recurring plans and advance notice for yearly renewals. Required notices identify the charge, billing frequency and cancellation method. Material price changes must be notified before taking effect within applicable legal timeframes and require any consent the law requires. We do not treat a later Terms checkbox as consent to a retroactive price increase. Trial or promotional offers, if introduced, must disclose their ending date, later charge and cancellation terms before enrollment.
Refunds, failed payments and statutory rights
Contact support@howard-techworks.com for billing errors or refund requests. Unless required by law or separately offered, partial-period refunds are not automatic. Canceling does not remove charges properly incurred before cancellation. A grace period in a license is not a new free trial and does not by itself authorize new charges after cancellation. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights apply where legally required.
